I’ve been going to Lily for a while now, and she is absolutely amazing! She’s always so friendly, kind, and professional. She does beautiful nails, and I can always rely on her to get them perfect every time. She also responds quickly when I need to make a reservation, which I really appreciate. I love her shop—it’s always clean, peaceful, and such a relaxing place to unwind. Highly recommend!

This was the most disappointing nail appointment I ever had. After so many months of having broken nails, I finally decided to go with a dip application for the first time. It ended up so bad. My nails were ridiculously thick and all bumpy that my girlfriends were all shocked when they saw my nails. And similar to another post, Lily also said I could file my nails myself if I didn’t like them. Nail cleanup ! Relaxing environment
Lilly made me file my own nails just because I asked her to fix two nails that she filed crooked. And then she makes me apply my own lotion on my hand. What am I paying her for when I’m doing part of her work? Am I supposed to let her file my nails uneven and be quiet and still pay a tip!!!! Not going back there again. Also she doesn’t accept credit cards which is ridiculous because she doesn’t think to put the sign up nor does she tell you before starting the work. Unprofessional as can be.
