It was my first time. I did get referred to Leanne by my doctor. I wish I would of known more about it beforehand. I liked the massage. It was very deep and I needed it. I felt the knots. I followed her instructions and iced it when I got home. I allowed her to film my voice and was very thankfully right afterwards.
