What should have been a memorable and at least fun experience was a nightmare. I am 43 and getting married. My sister and step daughter and mother came with me. I checked in with the front desk and the consultant was there and directed us to our area. No less than 30 seconds later she met us there. Ok no problem. Jill was such a sweetheart who made me feel so comfortable & confident. My mom & her were also having a great time helping me choose the right dress.
