Best wedding dress shopping experience by far! Kim was extremely helpful and spent more than our appointment time helping me find my perfect dress. She listened to my comments and found what I had envisioned for my wedding day! Could not recommend more.
Do not shop here if on a budget. I found a dress I loved during their July sale but was denied a discount because my dress was technically from the prom section, and more expensive than the wedding dresses they had out. The dress was also a size too big but I was told because it was after prom season the dress was too old to be ordered in my size. When I asked if I could at least receive some discount for having to take it to be altered extensively, I was told no, the dress was too new to receive a discount.
The appointment was great, but when we paid for and ordered a veil back in January they said two months for arrival time. Its now July and still nothing. The owner is never there when you call and the managers, staff don't seem to have any clear answers. Maddie, the original young lady who helped us try on dresses and ideas was lovely, just after you leave the experience goes downhill. Multiple messages and no call backs.
