I went to the Lily's Bridal shop in Napanee and it was the worst experience I've ever had trying to find a dress. I was looking for a dress for my prom and the lady working was trying to bully me into buying one. I wasn't sure about it, so I kept saying "I don't know" and she told me that if I didn't buy it today I would be right back to where I was, and she told me I needed to hurry up and make a decision because it was Saturday and she wanted to go home. Horrible customer service.

Worst experience at Lilly's Napnee going to look for a wedding dress with my mom and dad. Was not welcome to Lilly's by staff.Walked into the store and was rudely told to take off shoes. Then was told that there were no slippers to put on as they were all in the wash. Made Bride to be and family feel that they were inconvenience. Told to go and wait in wild wings to have lunch.
