The owner Lily said she knew how to highlight . She said she did models in Miami years ago— I trusted what she said. She started the highlighting process and immediately I questioned why she was not doing it closer to the root. She said she knew what she was doing… After sticking me under an old fashioned dryer she said hair was ready to wash. I asked about a toner and if she was using one.
