Do not fall for the TV ads. I bought one of the heaters at full price and got one free only to find out when you walk out the door with the product it is all yours. THEY have no return. When the off-on switch went bad after the first year and I called the factory,only to find out I could not buy a switch. I was told I had to send the whole unit back to factory at my cost. The heaters do not do what they say. Waste of money. Beware of lily's products.
