20SEPT.2023 Wonderful visit. Customer service is awesome and the manager is very friendly and professional. So peaceful and serene. Great space with a nice coi pond. There is a gazebo with seating so you can look at the water in front of the gazebo.
I have a small lily pond in my back yard. It was built to look completely natural with a small waterfall and stream. I bought the materials to build this pond from Lilypons Water Gardens and have patronized them for the past 14 years (+) for Water Lilies, snails, tadpoles and shubunkin fish. I got married at Lilypons Water Gardens and it was the best decision ever! It is such a magical place, with tons of amazing photo opportunities. The pictures looked straight out of a fairytale. The owner, Margaret, and her associate, Lindsey, were so helpful. The flower they provided me for my ceremony was beautiful. After the ceremony, everybody had fun feeding the koi fish. Our first visit was 2 years ago and it was lovely, not sure what happened but it was sad, unkept and looked as if forgotten or an afterthought. There were very little selections and what was there I would not have paid the prices they were asking for small sad looking plants. The highlight used to be going to see the fish and picking what you want but now it's caged off in the most ridiculous looking fencing ever. The ponds don't look as if they have seen care since 2 years ago. We won't be back.
There is so much to see when you come to Lilypons. The variety of lilies and aquatic plants is outstanding. If you need fish they have plenty to choose from. The staff are very knowledgeable on all the different topic relating to ponds and thing related. Definitely worth the visit.
