Similar to what you read from recent reviews here was about to happen to my daughter. Haley, you need to give refund for 11/7 wedding. You have not kept up communication. You have a legal contract. You are only making things worse on yourself by continuing this behavior. Get help. Also, refunds for all these brides.
Do not book for your wedding day. I had mixed feelings about my trial as I thought she was acting a little off and actually reached out to another bride on a local FB group who had a posted having a good experience with her. I booked with Haley/Lilylux in April 2024 for my wedding that took place last weekend (10/3). Communication started off great regarding what services I would need and adding additional stylists. DO NOT BOOK LILYLUX! SHE SWILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!! I had booked LilyLux in August of 2024 for my wedding on August 23rd, 2025. I had booked my trial with Hayley on June 3rd which Hayley showed up to unprepared but overall the trial went well. Haley did a beautiful job on the makeup and hair, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor communication and failure to meet the terms of the contract. She did not provide all the makeup services that were agreed upon and did not bring the additional artist who was included in the contract. Because of these issues, the day-of timeline had to be completely redone the night before the wedding, adding unnecessary stress to an already busy time.
