I would rate 0 stars if that were an option to be completely honest. What a disappointment, and so unprofessional. Please save your time and stress and book with anyone else. LilyLux is not a reliable hair and makeup business, I do not recommend it to any brides.
My wife and I had our wedding on 11/7, and unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with LilyLux. We strongly recommend that you do not book LilyLux for wedding hair and makeup services. My wife booked LilyLux months in advance for hair and makeup services for herself and her bridesmaids. To ensure everything would run smoothly, we paid for two additional stylists so all services could be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with LilyLux Studio for my wedding and strongly advise others not to hire her for an important event. Communication was terrible from the start. It took six weeks to receive a response about scheduling my hair and makeup trial. For my wedding day, I paid an extra $100 for a second artist, which was absolutely necessary because I had 11 people scheduled for services. The second artist never showed up.
