I am 58 and I had some sunspots that made me look older so I did lots of research and found that Dr Farrahi and Dr Sara Vaziri were cost effective. Dermatologist wanted me to pay $75 just for a consult and investigated it would have cost me 2K minimum. They used a certain machine using a certain frequency that treated the sunspots such that it sort of burned them off but not laser. I had no scarring.
