ou’re looking for a place that screams “witness protection drop-out”, this is it. The decor hasn’t been updated since the Cold War, the carpets may have once been alive, and the ambiance is somewhere between abandoned crime scene and budget horror film set. Bonus: A live-action episode of COPS broke out during my stay—five guys with a baseball bat turned the parking lot into WrestleMania meets Mad Max. Reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Felt very belittled when speaking to them. Tried calling the day prior to cancel as there policy suggests, although no one was answering the phone. Managed to get ahold of them the day of and was very disgusted with the way the situation was handled. Not even getting the booking dates correct and was abruptly hung up on when trying to cancel my booking.
Great staff they are all very friendly. Response quickly. Looking forward for the next trip!
