What a horrible place to go! Full of con people! If you bought a Mitsubishi from another dealer they’ll insist you get any difficult or warranty issue seen to by not them! They use the threat that if it’s not warranty that it’ll cost you so best get it seen by another dealer! Very driven by the bottom dollar! Terrible customer service! Would not go back there in a pink fit!
I had the best service from Mitsubishi recently. I came in for a trade in my ASX MR for a new ASX exceed and Craig instantly knew who I was and he was helping me out for a trade in. As we were waiting for my ASX MR review for a trade Craig showed me the new ASX exceed and I was amazed how the looked in person the car in my opinion looked and felt so much better as I was sitting in the ASX and he ask me if to test drive the new ASX and I was like yes please.
