In all stages of the process he was attentive to my needs, and had a fine eye for detail. We have 3 vehicles we get serviced at Lilydale. Each time we were told a time and that has never been honoured. We get nothing but lies from the service department. All our vehicles are under warranty, causing us to go to Mitsubishi Lilydale and also under Smart fleet. I would NOT recommend Lilydale Mitsubishi for servicing.
