Very disappointed with a Telehealth appt I booked, never got the call & when I rang the Clinic I was put on hold for 25 minutes… I hung up & GAVE up…. Also received some strange messages to txt ..
We always have such wonderful experiences with the staff at Lilydale Medical Centre. Today our 18 month old had another round of vaccinations and it was such a breeze with bubbles and meerkat stickers. Thank you for the always positive experience team!
