Has been great dealing with Lilydale LDV when buying a second hand RAV4. Matty was enthusiastic, genuine, and not pushy which lead to a great buying experience. We were able to take the car for a good drive and inspection by ourselves pre-purchase. Car is exactly what I was after and in great condition, pickup was smooth and ready as expected - zero complaints in the whole process from me.
