I am normally a polite and patient person. However, my experience with Lilydale Hyundai has been appalling and my patience was immensely tested. I am not new to buying cars, and that is including Tesla, who are known for the way they deal with customers but this experience by far has to be the worst. We had a great experience with Hyundai Lilydale. Tahn was our salesperson and was absolutely fantastic, nice, kind, very helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Tahn went above and beyond by organising a driver, Ian, to help pick up my wife and kids so they could collect the vehicle, which made the whole process incredibly easy and stress free. Highly recommend Hyundai Lilydale and especially Tahn for anyone looking for a new vehicle and excellent service.
I have been going to Lilydale Hyundai for a few years now. Ever since Paul left the customer service has gone to shit. Absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated today. I had a loan car which once again was not filled up with fuel as this has happened on many occasions but yet I’m expected to bring it back full so I only put $10 in which was much more than I had used.
