Absolutely fed up with GWM. The car is 10 months old and already breaking down — I’ve had to call roadside assistance 3 times in 3 days. WHAT A complete JOKE. The dealerships are some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with — zero accountability, no urgency, and useless customer service. They are hanging UP ON ME. Once they sell you the car, they couldn’t care less. Worst car, worst service, worst dealerships. I seriously regret buying from GWM. Save yourself the stress and stay far away.
Just picked up a GWM Canon XSR AND EXPERIENCED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL!! WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY. THE CAR IS FANTASTIC!! YOUNG HARRY THAT WORKS THERE SHOULD BE MANAGING THE PLACE.
I bought the car there but their Service department - terrible. Do not go there. Service section front desk girl is very rude. The service manager overcharge capped service. Incident One: was advised when bought the car to have car service at 5K. Booked the service, when turned up for the service and the front desk girl was ready to take the car key, etc., a fellow came in saying no 5K service available and to come back at 10K.
