I contacted the dealer yesterday to arrange to see a demo car and was told I could come in. I drove over an hour from Glenroyd today, only to be told the car had been given to someone else this morning and that I wouldn’t be able to see it for at least a week. My entire day was wasted. No solution was offered, no real apology other than a simple “sorry,” and I was also told they wouldn’t be flexible at all on the price. Absolutely fed up with GWM. The car is 10 months old and already breaking down — I’ve had to call roadside assistance 3 times in 3 days. WHAT A complete JOKE. The dealerships are some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with — zero accountability, no urgency, and useless customer service. They are hanging UP ON ME. Once they sell you the car, they couldn’t care less. Worst car, worst service, worst dealerships. I seriously regret buying from GWM. Save yourself the stress and stay far away.

Just picked up a GWM Canon XSR AND EXPERIENCED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL!! WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY. THE CAR IS FANTASTIC!! YOUNG HARRY THAT WORKS THERE SHOULD BE MANAGING THE PLACE.
