Extremely happy with the service center Employee's were friendly and helpful over the phone when booking Drop off and pick up was fast and easy Recived a call to let me know service was completed early and when I picked up the car it was 100% cleaner then it was when I dropped it off had even put in extra effort and vacuumed up the hay that i had dropped all over the carpet inside (🙏 thank you and sorry☺️... i did plan to clean it before drop off but run out of time)
We had a great experience buying our car thanks to Tahn and Geordie. Tahn may be new to the store, but she was professional, knowledgeable, and lovely to deal with ….even while we had our 2½-year-old with us. She was patient and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Geordie was also very helpful with the in-house finance, explaining everything clearly and making it all straightforward. Highly recommend!
Great team and service. Happy with my Haval Jolion from our local GWM team.
Brought a new car in August. Was a terrible experience. Was pretty quick to push me out the door. Lack of information, wanted prices on extras got nothing. And not to mention was TOLD, car needed a service at 5000km. When actually it was 10000. Had the wrong book, wrong sticker on the windscreen. Rang to question it and once again pour service. Buyer be careful
