I got my extensions done here for the first time and had such an amazing experience! Kat and the rest of the team are awesome — so easy to talk to, we always have the best conversations, and they make the whole experience super comfortable and professional. My experience was not the best, as I felt I was not heard or even valued as a customer. I feel that the employees and the owner may not have a thumb on the pulse of how traumatic hair loss can be, as they blamed me for my trauma response of expecting thoughtfulness and the few cancellations I had and which I offered in a text to compensate for.
