I can honestly say you won't find a more attentive, compassionate, and caring physician than Dr. Wong. I've been her patient for more than 10 years, and she is simply the best. One of the things I appreciate most is that she never makes you feel rushed. In all the years I've been seeing her, I've rarely waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I went for an annual exam as a new patient awhile ago, and it was a terrible experience. Not a full exam and ended with her rudely gaslighting me about my symptoms. Telling me I was eating too many carbs and my multiple periods in a month were normal. Since then I have seen other doctors who thought the symptoms were concerning and ordered tests to diagnose me like Dr. Wong should’ve done
As a new patient seeing a specialist for the first time, I was incredibly disappointed by my experience here. To start, the clinic never informed me that I needed to arrive at least 30 minutes early for paperwork, so filling out the registration forms pushed my appointment time back. I have been going to Dr. Wong for a few years, but I unfortunately had to switch to a new doctor. I had been experiencing irregular bleeding for a few years, which I had expressed to her during two annual checkups. During one of these checkups, she had noticed a polyp but easily dismissed it.
