The flowers are so fresh and lovely!
Very poor quality flowers that don’t even last a week
I chose an arrangement & paid. I asked if I could pick up the flowers later. The flowers were covered in cellophane & ribbon ready to be picked up. I went to collect the 'ready' arrangement & they started wrapping a different bunch. I said this is not the arrangement I chose, they gave some excuse about putting the flowers in water. I was annoyed, I guess they just sold the 'ready' bunch to another customer. I was disappointed, this is not good customer service.
