Dr Tsai and her team are extremely professional and caring! I had a surgery with Dr Tsai and I could not ask for a more caring, personable, yet very professional doctor. She carefully addressed all my questions and concerns regarding the procedure, made me feel very comfortable.
What a doctor! She was kind, considerate, and listened. She answered every question and more and didn't try to rush out the door. I was so happy with my visit with Dr. Tsai. I can't recommend her enough. She took every question seriously and didn't scoff at ideas such as diet and foods we eat affecting pain levels when other doctors have. Thank you, Dr Tsai!
Dr. Tsai is absolutely the best gynecologist/gynecological surgeon there is! I've never met a doctor as compassionate, genuine, intelligent, and caring as her. I found her on the internet and started seeing her in December 2022 for what seemed like an impossible situation, and am now recovering from a surgery she was my surgeon for on Tuesday. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the level of incompetence displayed by the staff at Dr. Tasi's office. As a patient traveling from Los Angeles to San Diego to see the doctor, I had a two-hour drive and relied on the staff to schedule my appointment accurately. During our conversation, the scheduler suggested two dates - Monday at 7:30 am or Wednesday at 3:15 pm. Dr. Tsai is the best OBGYN and one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She performed my surgery a few years ago (all went smoothly) and delivered my first baby. All the doctors and nurses that asked who my OB/surgeon was said I was in very good hands with Dr. Tsai, and they were right! Dr. Tsai is a terrific surgeon who truly cares about her patients.
