Poor customer service. I ordered takeout, and upon arrival, I was blatantly ignored until a family walked in. I did not want to take this personally, but as a person of color, it was evident that person in the bar area had no intention of waiting on me in a timely fashion. My food was sitting on the table, but he seated the family first. When he FINALLY acknowledged my presence (10 minutes later), he was rude. Horrible customer service. We ordered $60 worth of food for pickup 3 hours ahead of time. Waited over 45 minutes to find out they lied to us about our food because they ended up giving our food to someone else 30 minutes ago. they told us we had to wait an hour to get our food remade. unbelievable. You lost customers because you lied and had horrible service for your mistake.

Incredibly rude owner. Very slow food delivery and very loud obnoxious atmosphere. Owner demanded that 10 year old pay full price on Friday dinner when 10 year old only ordered one roll and one soup.
I absolutely loved lily's all you can eat sushi restaurant. One thing I can say is I had thebest waitress ever. She was cool, attentive, and Punctual. She mad sure all our needs were met and even suggested some of the best items on the menu. She explained how the all you can eat menu worked and even made us aware of the drinks specials. I will be back to this amazing restaurant because of her. Thank you Ivana!!!!
