I called the after hours line in severe pain & spoke with Dr. Snyder. She was dismissive, unhelpful & obstructive. Making it clear my pain wasn’t taken seriously, just “another after hours call” to her. I was experiencing severe pain that woke me out my sleep. This was frustrating, insensitive & unacceptable.
