Ive stayed here before and would recommend. Sherry was understanding that I was not able to stay after paying due to unforeseen circumstances and was able to help me last minute thank you.

Room was not clean at all, there were spider webs on the wall in the room and washroom. There were clipped nails lying on the carpet. There was no rubbish collection bin in the room had to use one in the toilet to dispose of any water bottles or wrappers. Probably the worst experience.

I had a great stay in Lilly Sands Inn in South Melbourne. Location is great. I recently checked out and needed to keep my luggage somewhere until my flight. Thankfully the front desk receptionist Shari was very helpful and accomodating. Very welcoming and nice staff, they made my stay there very pleasant.

Lily Sands is a small, conveniently located accommodation in Melbourne, Victoria. On arrival, the staff were genuinely lovely and very accommodating, which made for a warm first impression. The room we stayed in, however, felt underutilised. It was quite small and lacked thoughtful design touches that could have made the space more functional. Staff friendly, easy check in process. Only issue TV reception, needs smart TV or chromecast and a chair in the room.
