Very good customer service and friendly I booked through Agooda with wrong date then I went there and realised the wrong date they easily changed my date and let me in. very easy going and good customer support
I have stayed here for the past three years for the duration of the formula one races in Melbourne. This year we booked a week stay, paid and had confirmation. They then said that they forgot to update the website for in demand pricing during the F1 and proceeded to up charge us almost $2000 more (at a ‘discounted rate’ for the inconvenience.
