I had a wonderful experience at Lily Lasting Beauty. The place itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. It immediately put me at ease. I was especially nervous about the materials being used, but Bernadette took all of that worry away. As a former OR nurse, she clearly knows her stuff and explained everything in detail, which made me feel completely safe and confident. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm demeanor made all the difference.
