Not a great experience at all. Technician was super rushed and rough with the manicure that she cut into my cuticle too deep and made my thumb bleed. She also rushed the dazzle dry layers so much that they weren't setting properly and certain nails had missing patches of colour / top layer.... I politely pointed out the issues to her, and what might be causing them and she got super stroppy with me for doing so. I had a great first experience at Lily & Roo. Jenny did my gel x removal, BIAB and then gel manicure. She was really meticulous down to every detail, and the results were super neat and clean. Everyone here is skilled, professional, and super friendly.They have a large variety of nail polish shades, and the vibe is relaxing and pleasant, exactly what u want in a nail spa. Definitely a go to spot from now on. Thanks!
I got dazzle dry manicure (it’s normal nail polish) and these are my nails after two weeks. It stayed on insanely well. For someone who doesn’t want to go through gel, this is amazing.
Absolutely great place! My wife, daughter and I come here regularly. It is a great place to get your nails done and relax. The staff are extremely good and very friendly. I love that they use non-toxic vegan products. I cannot recommend this place enough.
