I had a wonderful experience at Lily OBGYN and with Dr Tina Mitchell. They were quick, helpful, and eased my mind about a lot of issues I had been experiencing and suggestions for care. The nurses were so understanding of my concerns. I will definitely keep using her. Quite honestly it was the best care I've ever gotten over the years.
I received a $50.00 no show fee for no reason a mistake the receptionist did. I cancelled 24 hours before appt . Then waited till 6th for someone to call me back and someone had booked an appt. For the 6th without my knowledge . I will not pay $50.00 for no reason. I needed this appt it was important to me. I have also waited weeks for office manager to get back to me as receptionist told me. I work long hours . I don't have time to be wasting baby sitting people. I will find myself another office .
