I really wanted to like this salon because my nail technician did a beautiful job. She was skilled and professional. Unfortunately, the salon’s business practices overshadowed the quality of the service. Appointment scheduling seems to have little meaning. On more than one occasion, I was asked to change my appointment, and even after accommodating the salon, I still experienced long waits because walk-ins or other clients were apparently taken ahead of scheduled appointments. My experience was very disappointing. While I noticed other employees speaking politely and respectfully to their clients, the staff member who provided my pedicure was quite rude throughout my appointment. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with the same level of courtesy and professionalism.
