I live just 5 minutes from this nail shop and thought I had finally found the technician I wanted to stay with. Unfortunately, every time I called to book with her, the receptionist would leave me in silence without checking or responding. I even had to ask: “May I please make an appointment or talk to her?” just to get any acknowledgment. That is rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I went because I didn't have time to go to my regular salon. Needed dip removed from my natural nails and gel polish. The tech broke 3 of my nails causing them to need to be filed and then I was charged an additional $8.50 because my nails needed to be filed? My nails are uneven and look terrible. I also had a $5 coupon from when I used to go there associated with my account and the person behind the desk did not let me apply it.
Nice place, had the classic pedicure. Nothing wrong with it, but just average.
