I made an appointment and still had to wait a very long time to get seen…. The gentlemen who did my manicure was professional and listened when I explained what I wanted , I was very pleased. The lady who did my pedicure however was extremely rough and hurt me multiple times - I was drying my nails when I was approached about the check by her so I couldn’t give the gentlemen the tip I felt he earned. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure, the pedicure was well done and I have no complaints....... however this gel manicure is terrible. First she had to do my thumbs over. Initially when she seen a line through my nail polish she didn’t say anything to me instead she called over another person at the nail salon and started talking about it. Yes the people are nice however they do not know how to properly do nails I gave them a second chance and it is just a horrific this is the 2nd time I go there and the last, I am just appalled.
