I would have left a higher rating for Dr. Jones, who is an amazing Doctor with a great bedside manner, however, the only time you would see her is in the hospital. Any appointments made at her practice are performed by the PA's. If you would like to see an actual doctor you should make an appointment somewhere else.
We brought our son to Dr Lily Jones for evaluation and treatment of Osteomyelitis, a bone infection. She as fantastic! She was wonderful with our son, explained everything and gave us great options. Her staff was extremely efficient, professional and kind. The office was meticulous and we had a wonderful experience. It’s scary going to a doctor for a serious infection and Dr Jones and her staff were exemplary. We can’t thank her and her staff enough, recommend her highly!
