Engaged Lilyhomes in Oct 2025 and paid for a quote. Was told a geotech survey had already been done. Six months later, allowances were quietly cut and I was finally told the survey was never actually done — contradicting what I’d been told upfront. This dishonesty cost me 6+ months, and by the time I switched builders, prices had risen. Wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a building company. We spent 6 weeks dealing with Matt Naser, answering questions, discussing our plans, and receiving quotes. What had the potential for an amazing home has been far from it. I have built with Allworth, MacDonald Jones, and Henley. All great, but this Lily home has had quality issues from the day construction started. Not only were the bricks not batched, but the framing was allowed to remain unprotected from the elements causing so many issues as the home ages.
