What had the potential for an amazing home has been far from it. I have built with Allworth, MacDonald Jones, and Henley. All great, but this Lily home has had quality issues from the day construction started. Not only were the bricks not batched, but the framing was allowed to remain unprotected from the elements causing so many issues as the home ages. To make matters worse, the drain in the upstairs shower was not constructed to waterproofing standards causing a slow leak that eventuated in a complete refit of the upstair... read more

Reema and Avi Sharma --- Being our first time building, the Lily team made sure the construction was on time, with minimum hassel, which was fantastic. Construction was completed with minimum to no hiccups or surprise cost additions Everyone from office staff to site manager were very efficient and responded on time and diligently.
