My Experience was very calm, efficient, and overall I was very impressed with my hair. They have gained a new and permanent client.
I called and was told they do not do African American hair. I wrote a review and received a call because of the review (I know it is because of the review because they asked for me by name when I never gave my name on the call since I was told they don't do African American hair). I deleted the past review but it should still be said that I was refused until I wrote a review and next thing I'm told it was a misunderstanding.
