Michelle was extremely helpful at my appointment recently! I came in very confused not knowing what I was looking for and worried I was going to be stressed as I am very fussy! I had the most wonderful experience at Lily Francis Bridal. Michelle was incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble. The boutique had a beautiful selection of dresses, all within a very reasonable price range. I felt completely at ease and never rushed, which made the whole experience even more special. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed, private, and personal atmosphere while searching for their perfect wedding dress.
Had such a perfect experience at Lily Francis Bridal. It was so relaxed & professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely lady, made my daughter feel so special . I would 100% recommend a visit if you are looking for your special dress.
Michelle was great at helping me look at and decide on my wedding dress. There were so many options to customise the dress to be exactly as I wanted! And knowing all dresses for under £1500 made shopping much more enjoyable than it would have been at the other shops I looked at where most of their dresses were closer to £2k. I opted for the luxury appointment and was really nice that the people who joined me got plenty of nibbles while I tried on the dresses. My appointment at Lily Francis was a lovely experience, Michelle was so helpful and patient, especially as I was very uncertain about what style I wanted. Michelle was able to make recommendations and there was no pressure, it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. The shop is spacious, and it was just our group in the shop for the appointment which made it very personal. Highly recommend Lily Francis to all brides to be!
