She is the best in florida. I don't want to tell everyone else because then the 3 month wait to see her will get longer, she is worth the wait but sometimes you just don't have the time to wait. THE BEST.
Dr. Tran is a decent doctor, but her staff is awful. They are the most uncaring people. You can never call and get up an appointment or even get in touch with them. I’ve left many messages on their Voicemail. I’m trying to get a copy of my records. I calked four times. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t get back to you. I would never go back to this office ever again.

Dr Tran was awesome! So were her staff, Janice & Trinity!! When I was given a beeper, I thought I was at a restaurant! The building is quite unusual. You enter and there is nothing there, but an elevator. No humans. As you go upstairs, the waiting area is on the right where the patients are waiting, each one with their own beeper. From the elevator you turn to the left to meet with the front windows. I was awe struck with the unusual arrangement in this building.
If anyone is big on professionalism and treating patients with kindness, this place isn't ideal. I was arranged for 6:30 and barely any of the staff was present. The front desk person was irritated that I arrived at 6:20 rudely telling me that I need to hold on because nobody is there or ready yet. Her frustration was so off putting to me. When it was time for the procedure, we had to suddenly reschedule because I had exposure to COVID a few days prior and the anesthesiologist acted so annoyed and he was constantly guffawing... read more
