If anyone is big on professionalism and treating patients with kindness, this place isn't ideal. I was arranged for 6:30 and barely any of the staff was present. The front desk person was irritated that I arrived at 6:20 rudely telling me that I need to hold on because nobody is there or ready yet. Her frustration was so off putting to me. In 2019, DrcLily Tran diagnosed correctly my Mother's problem minutes after reviewing her history, PRIOR to us entering her room for our first appointment with her. She then prescribed a pancreas enzyme replacement, and my Motheer has had no issues since. This was after a year or more of terrible symptoms, incl severe weight loss, and being treated by my Mother's New York GI Doc, who had no clue what was causing the symptoms. Dr Lily Tran has remained our hero as she literally gave my Mother her life back.

Used Dr Tran for over 15 years. Efficient and caring, as is her staff. Highly recommend her as well as Dr Hahn in same practice.
