If you’re a woman traveling to this area alone; I would avoid this place. The reviews and pictures are deceiving, and I’ll be honest, that’s what initially drew me in. I arrived around 5pm on a Friday and was immediately unable to get into my room with the code they provided, gave them a call and the person on the other line wasn’t friendly, but gave another code, great. Las habitaciones estaban muy sucias al entrar al lugar se percibe un olor a humedad aparte de eso encontramos mucha suciedad y descuido. La piscina se ve que hace meses no le hacen mantenimiento. Y a todo esto nos quejamos a la línea telefónica y solo nos dijeron que podíamos salir un poco más tarde el día de salida pero con la condición de que colocara 5 estrellas de reseña
We checked in super late as this was a last minute trip. Booking was easy, check in was very simple, the room was small but perfect for a quick rest, and cleaned well. Location is great, right next to the beach! Highly recommend and will be coming back!
Come down here for my birthday trip and when I SAY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Great customer service, message back fast and lovely rooms. Will be back to stay again 🥰
