I've been seeing Giulia for my hair for over 12 years now. I started seeing her when she was working at VAIN and I followed her to her new salon when she opened Lilt (during the middle of the pandemic! Brave move!) I showed up to wait for someone to finish their hair appointment. They asked me to meet them there. There was a comfy chair to sit in and the stylists seemed pretty cool with it, except for a customer that gave me a death glare when I sat down. Cant hold that against them but that was pretty rude.

Leah gave me a shag cut exactly like I wanted with a beautiful cool red for autumn. She even took the time to teach me how to best style and care for my wavy hair. She was patient and kind and made me feel so relaxed the whole time. I loved my experience!

I’m appalled with the haircut I had to leave the salon today. I will not share the stylists name because she was kind and apologetic, but I am extremely disappointed with my hair cut. We agreed for the length to sit right above my shoulders, not 2 inches above the shoulders. This reference photo was thoroughly shown at the top of our appointment. My haircut is extremely blunt, and thick, and there is no dimension. It truly looks nothing at all like the photos I showed her. I’m grateful that she told me I did not have to pay ... read more
