After trying to make contact with several other larger solar installers, who never returned calls or emails, I contacted Neil. With hindsight, I'm glad they never responded to my enquiries. From the outset, it was clear Neil was knowledgeable and cared about supplying the most appropriate system, rather than just making a sale. He said what he would do and did what he said. Neil responded quickly after contacting him He was very knowledgeable with the solar system and was in contact immediately with the company who supplied the inverter after discovering it was at fault. It was replaced and he had the solar system up and running again in a couple of days
