They have a sign on the building saying walk-ins welcome. Walked in and was informed they only take appointments.

Ava is the BEST! I love Lilly’s and have been going here for a few years since I discovered them.
I had an appointment for 12 pm on July 10, 2024. I was told numerous times both on the phone and in person that the cost of my mani-pedi with the addition of an acrylic removal was $75. When time came for me to pay I was told $105! After some back and forth I realized they neglected to inform me of a $20 up charge for the nail color. I truly don’t understand why the up charge would not be mentioned upon seeing my choice. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I won’t be returning.
