Overall I’ve had okay experiences at this salon. I’ve had some unnecessary comments here and there that I did not appreciate. However, the salon is nice when you need something quick or want to pay for convenience. I can say that the very first time I went, there was a terrible smell that would not get out of my hair for months. However, I was training my hair to be straight natural and get used to heat.
Went to get a cut & blowout & initially loved my results but noticed my hair had a burnt egg smell to it. Initially ignored it until it came time to wash my hair & realized my hair still had the smell after 2 shampoos & a deep conditioner. Idk if they put something in their shampoo & conditioner or if it’s excessive heat but my curly hair is severely damaged after ONE service here. First picture is how my natural hair normally looks & the second is what my hair looked like the first time washing it after my service.
Highly recommend this hair salon. They were very attentive. Amarilis was my hairstylist and I love her work ethic and she left my hair so beautiful.! 10/10
