Bought several appliances two years ago including a refrigerator. The LG fridge was a little cheaper as it had few dents. I didn’t mind, today it stoped working called LG. Apparently someone removed the sticker that had appliance information from inside the fridge, meaning it was refurbished, LG does not have any warranty when there is no sticker. Very bad store and bad staff I bought a refrigerator the delivery was late and he scratch it after he does want to enter it inside the house he just let it out and this is not our agreement very very very bad store never I will buy again there.
Bought a washer dryer unit. Price was reasonable but the service was amateur at best. Paid to have it delivered and installed and the old unit taken away. 2 guys brought it up and took the old one and never came back to hook up the new unit. Called numerous times and left messages but no calls. Had friends call same number and always got through. Total mickey mouse operation!! I purchased a wooden bunk bed for my kids one year ago and it recently collapsed I’ve never seen nothing like this before I plan on suing this company I called and explained and I didn’t receive any help now I’m out of 800$ and my kids have no bed
I loved my service with Lilly’s discount furniture! The owner Lilly was super professional and went the extra mile to find exactly what I needed . This is the second time using her store to furnish and I was not disappointed. The delivery was fast and professional. They left my home nice and clean . The delivery men speak Spanish and English which was a nice surprise too .
