RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Just had the weirdest experience!! Called the other 7312 number on the business card, gentleman said to try the 7311 number again. As I was about to, the woman at 7311 called me. Me - “hello” Woman - “yes” Me - “Hi. I called to get information about her services and she told me she does not speak English and she hung up on me. I tried calling back maybe there was a miscommunication or bad connection but she never answered. This worries me to book anyone who isn’t professional from the beginning
Highly unprofessional. I gave her the deposit and one day before the event she cancelled please do not book her she is rude unethical and a pathetic decor person.I wish I could you zero stars
Do not use this business or Lily. Very unprofessional and not reliable at all. I paid her the deposit of $300.00 and the day before the event, she cancelled. I had no one to go to. If you dont want to be left stranded on the most important event of your life. Then I would highly suggest to not use this business or Lily at all.
