Well the only good thing that occured regarding wrecking and totaling my vehicle was how genuinely nice the employee were. The driver went out of his way to drop me off at a gas station nearest the highway which he did not have to do. I spoke to George (I think that is his name) about possibly repairing the vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about Lilly’s Auto Care in Williamstown. After I rear-ended a semi (which I later learned was likely caused by my severe sleep apnea), my 2025 Volkswagen Taos had nearly $12,000 worth of damage. I have been to Lilly's multiple times. Took my mom's car and both of my cars. I have never had a problem. They are upfront with the price and always so helpful with answering any questions or concerns I have. The paint has always matched wonderfully.
