Nothing was finished. What should have been a 8-12 week job was turned into a 8 month ordeal. Promises made but not kept. Only 1 invoice was given and this was after he had already gotten $40,000. of our money. We purchased all of the materials and over half of the porcelain tile was destroyed. Never replaced. A Disabled 70 year old was left without a completed Master bathroom. Now refuses to refund any of our money. Materials were suppose to be replaced and haven't. An absolutely beautiful job. Several projects were completed and all were seamless. The crews were professional, courteous, and dedicated to the tasks at hand. All were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend. The owner is a bit salty, just kidding, but he is pretty darn awesome as well. A plus all around. 10 stars.
Just had to have a new roof put on from this past wild winter weather. Contacted Lilly Home Improvement. Great company to negotiate with. Ron met me at my convenience, he showed me what he offered for my roof. After experiencing shingles flying off of my home for the last 18 months. Clayton Homes denied there were problems with the cheap shingles they had put on the house. Lilly Home improvement came through with Dupont Duration 130 mi winds, and 25 year warranty shingles I will not have to worry about my roof. My safe ... read more
I would recommend lilly home topnotch. Expect nothing but the very best work. All the workers are courteous. Clean up is done every day. Mr.Lilly comes out to work site. This is our second big job being done. Very pleased. Installed new metal roof
