I bought a pair of the bamboo hoops from this store in December and wore them infrequently since then, I saw this month that they are now already discolored. I’m embarrassed at how much I paid for this poor quality. The quality on temu might be better than what you get here.

Edit to Add: Jocelyn (Store Manager) reached out. She was so kind and apologetic. As expected, this is not the experience she wants her customers to have. I look forward to visiting again and giving the store another opportunity. I love Lilly and knew that my experience is not typical of the brand. Visited this store. Upon entering was not greeted, by the 3 employees working. They walked past me and completely ignored me. This is unacceptable customer service. Will also be following up with corporate.

I love this location as well as the Tysons Corner location. I know both managers and most of the store employees. They keep me informed of all the new lines and styles coming in and treat me like royalty when shopping. Michelle is a great manager and super knowledgeable. Irma is my go to stylist and the store is always clean, neat and properly staffed. I must admit I do spend a lot here because it’s my favorite clothing line.
