Big PR failure Lily. Free advertising and your staff blew the Amagansett video. Also, she shut the door on her exiting customer. Retraining needed. Would like to have seen more of the clothing. Failure.
I popped into this store today and had so much fun admiring all of the gorgeous ultra bright saturated funwear! I have some vintage Lilly Pulitzer pieces and was thrilled to see this brand is remaining firmly in their solid design roots of joyfulness. You can't look at these clothes without smiling.
