When traveling I always take the time to browse when I see a Lily store. Out of the numerous I have shopped in the Watch Hill location is by far the best. The view of the ocean from the patio is beautiful and is a great spot for husbands to sit while their wives shop. The way in which the garments are displayed is enticing making it hard to browse without making a purchase. My visit to Lilly Pulitzer couldn't have been better at the Watch Hill Store. What a change! Everyone was so friendly and went above & beyond. Never ever was that store such a joy to visit. I never bought anything because I was never treated nicely. Well,because of Doan,Aislinn,Will,Sarah I bought way too much! I went back 4x at least in 1 week. Their honesty, friendliness,smiles,making me feel welcome, etc will have me going back over & over again. Thank you HR for making good decisions.
I frequent Garden City often and met Doan there. He is wonderful!!! My day trip with girlfriends to Watch Hill was even more wonderful when I walked in saw Doan there! He and Sarah were so helpful and made it more fun to shop. I’ll be back for sure!!
This store is amazing ! The staff are great so sweet and helpful ! It has improved so much from the last five years or so ! The manager is amazing !!! So glad you are all at this store ❤️❤️❤️The store could def use a lot more merchandise ! Compared to other stores it has little merchandise ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Doan is just incredible!!
