our best rating 5/5....last year we were first time inground pool owners with a new installation ....there were a lot of obstacles and kinks that needed to be worked out to get the pool going....lilly was always available for support ona short term basis .....plus they were always totally professional (and paitient with our naive and stuipid rookie questions)....same is true with the frontline staff we encountered ....this is our second year with them and their service continues at a high level.....just last week like an idi... read more
Prior Skowood customer, when I called Lily, I received terrible customer service, woman who answered the phone brushed me off saying they were too busy to assist. Went elsewhere for my pool servicing.
