We love Lilly Pools! Everyone there is so nice, especially Jim, Peggy & Joe! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with their service.
I've held back on giving this review despite several awful experiences with this company but today was the final straw. We moved into our house in fall of 2024 and used Lilly's to close our pool the first year. We payed extra to have them clean the filter grids (spoiler alert: they charged us but literally never cleaned them, or even took them). Great service! Jim and his team always do a great job. Saturday morning my 6 year old heater stopped working, hours before a big pool party for the kids. Sent Lilly pools and email and Jim responded quickly. 1 hour later he shows up at my fence with a replacement part in hand. I’ve been using Lilly pools since 2019 when I needed to resurrect a 25+ year old pool at an old house I bought. Apparently their drivers don't need to follow the laws. Watched not one but two of their vans run a complete red-light on 6/26 at 30 and 340 just so they could go to wawa. Made the other side miss their turn light
Lilly pools takes pride in service. They're always helpful and and responsive. Reasonable prices. They go above and beyond to be helpful. Highly recommend.
