Apparently their drivers don't need to follow the laws. Watched not one but two of their vans run a complete red-light on 6/26 at 30 and 340 just so they could go to wawa. Made the other side miss their turn light
Lilly pools takes pride in service. They're always helpful and and responsive. Reasonable prices. They go above and beyond to be helpful. Highly recommend.
Lilly Pool and Spa service is the best pool company I have used. I have been through 3 different pool services and Lilly is the only company consistently showing up in a professional manner, leaving my pool and spa clean and working properly. But my favorite thing about Lilly Pool and Spa is how I am treated as a customer! Top notch service and they are always available to help if you run into an issue. They care about their customers and take care of any issues in a timely, friendly manor.
I used Lilly Pool And Spa Service last year, but overall, my experience was not satisfactory. In June 2024, during the hottest time of the year, my family was away for a week. Unfortunately, the workers they hired did not show up to clean my pool as scheduled. As a result, when I returned home, my pool water had turned completely green. I immediately called the company, and they sent someone over. However, because the pool had turned green, they charged me extra for additional chemicals. I would not recommend. They did such a bad job with installing my pool cover that it didn't stay put and will have to be replaced now.
