Just used Lilly Pool and Spa for our pool closing for the first time after having a lot of problems with another company. They did a BEAUTIFUL job! Very clean and professional and took care of all the little details I usually have to do myself or clean up like taping the winter pump plug to keep it dry or not pumping the pool water into my garden but to take the time to drain it down the driveway. Very tight and clean and done right! Will definitely be using them to open in the spring! Thank you!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have used Lilly Pool and Spa Service for many years and have always received excellent service. Jim and the team go above and beyond in every way, ensuring my pool is always in top condition. It’s truly amazing to work with such friendly and dedicated professionals. Highly recommend!
Jim and all of his crew are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I recently purchased a new pool skimmer from them (Betta solar powered pool skimmer). It is amazing!! So worth the money. My pool has never looked better.
Charged $565 to open the pool (which does not include uncovering it). They showed up dumped some chemicals in before checking the hardware and left in 15 minutes telling us the pump was bad. I called them to see if I could get any money back since they didn't actually do anything and they offered me $72 of store credit. Very overpriced compared to other services and didn't actually do the job.
