I have purchased flowers from here on multiple occasions and always found them an absolute delight to deal with. Always extremely helpful and understanding.
Sent flowers to daughter in law for birthday. Flowers badly arranged NOT anything like ad and they looked old flowers with a bit of bedraggled green leaf hanging out the side. Best part glass vase. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THESE PEOPLE
After placing a last minute order, Narelle and Casey not only provided me with a lovely flower arrangement for a special thank you gift, but went above and beyond - their professionalism and customer service is second to none and the value for money for such a beautiful arrangement was fantastic. Thank you again ladies, you are amazing!!
Ordered off their website and clearly the photos are not an accurate representation of what gets delivered, extremely disappointed and would hesitate to order again
I ordered flowers once and will never make that mistake again. What I received looked absolutely nothing like the photo on their website. The arrangement was sparse, the colors were completely wrong, and the flowers looked like they had been sitting out for days—half of them were wilted or browning. It was embarrassing to give them as a gift. What i paid was wildly over priced for what i got... could get a nicer arrangment from woolies for $30. Total rip-off. Avoid this place at all costs.
