The most uncomfortable Russian manicure of my life. I moved slightly mid-manicure to adjust since my neck was hurting and the nail lady told me “you have to stay still”. She applied one coat then asked for my opinion. I said there was a part she missed. She then replied sarcastically “sorry!! It’s the first coat…” Don’t know how this lady was hired in the service industry. First and last time at this salon.
