Awful experience. Would never go back. No compassion. Staff was incredibly cold and dismissive. Beyond unhelpful. Big no!
Dr. Gonzalez is a wonderful Gastro doctor, but in addition her staff are excellent as well…which isn’t always the case at a doctor’s ofc. From the woman who checked me out (forgot her name), to Danielle and Lourdes, they were all so pleasant and helpful and thorough, and were in constant touch with me prior to my procedure. Greatly appreciate the experience this Office provides!
Thank you to Dr. Lilly Gonzalez. I really appreciate her care. She is very professional and kind, and she made me feel comfortable. She did not rush and explained everything so I could understand. I am also very thankful she referred me to Dr. Astha Bhatt, a wonderful colorectal surgeon. Dr. Bhatt took great care of me, and her expertise and attention made my treatment for colon and rectal cancer much easier. I highly recommend both doctors for excellent care.
