Dr. Gonzalez is a wonderful Gastro doctor, but in addition her staff are excellent as well…which isn’t always the case at a doctor’s ofc. From the woman who checked me out (forgot her name), to Danielle and Lourdes, they were all so pleasant and helpful and thorough, and were in constant touch with me prior to my procedure. Greatly appreciate the experience this Office provides!
Thank you to Dr. Lilly Gonzalez. I really appreciate her care. She is very professional and kind, and she made me feel comfortable. She did not rush and explained everything so I could understand. I am also very thankful she referred me to Dr. Astha Bhatt, a wonderful colorectal surgeon. Dr. Bhatt took great care of me, and her expertise and attention made my treatment for colon and rectal cancer much easier. I highly recommend both doctors for excellent care. I am very frustrated with my current health situation, I have seen many doctors and have done many tests and I still don’t have any solutions. Dr Gonzalez took it very personally , she said I was hostile and walked away. What kind of doctor disengages instead of helping their patient?
Everything is perfect from the time you walk in the door the doctor Lilian Gonzales is great or Assistant is great
